I don't know how to get the modules on front page to only show certain ones
and as far as putting in Hyperlink like in Admin area MENU in Nuke
Plantinum that is easy and straight foward but with Auto Theme  Can you
give me a step by step way to modify the Menu in Auto Theme?

What menu? Your menus are changed in the blocks admin of nuke just like
always. Are you asking about how to position them?
Give me more of a step by step of what you want to accomplish please.

No it will not do anything it turns dark and does not match front page.
Also I had to deactivate my blocks and go to Auto Theme and then to Block
control and add or 2 of same blocks would appear.

Fixed file was pointing to Navagation file in theme not the auto theme 1
